Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter or in an Account Executive role with a focus on IT staffing or technical recruiting.
Proven Track Record: A history of bringing in new business, securing long-term client relationships, and achieving recruitment targets.
Client Database: Strong, established network of clients and candidates in the US market, particularly in the IT/Tech sector.
Recruitment Expertise: Deep knowledge of the US IT landscape and the ability to source, screen, and place candidates across various technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, IT consultants, etc.).
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to identify client needs, pitch IT recruitment solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
