Job Description

As an Odoo Developer / ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will leverage your expertise in Python programming, Odoo framework, and business process understanding to deliver high-quality ERP solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality of Odoo applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript.
• Configure and implement various Odoo functional modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting) based on business requirements.
• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Integrate Odoo with external systems using RESTful APIs and XML-RPC.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases and perform complex SQL queries.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in Odoo applications and provide effective solutions.
• Document code, configurations, and development processes for future reference and maintenance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo applications.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and experience with the Odoo framework.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database management and SQL queries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and XML-RPC for system integration.
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Understanding of various Odoo functional modules and business processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and managing Odoo ERP projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage project timelines effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of overall experience in software development.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Odoo ERP solutions
